If the font has overlapping shadows, it indicates that the vibration of the printer is too large during the printing process, which may be caused by the unreasonable design of the equipment structure, so that the force running the printer nozzle can not be released.
(2) Repeated printing to test performance
The second thing we did was to print several times to test the performance. The stability of the machine with precise criteria for repeated printing parts. There are two methods to detect: one method is the method of directly using screen printing to detect the sleeve. Here we choose the second printing “well” word, repeat the print 10 times, with 40 times magnifying glass, if the contact is good, the edge transition is smooth, no flying ink indicates that this machine is excellent.
(3) The quadrilateral diagonal is the same length
Again the quadrilateral print tests the diagonal length. So what we’re doing here is we’re doing a hundred square diagonal test. According to the quadrilateral diagonal law, if the diagonal is the same length, then this is a standard rectangle, indicating that the performance of the machine is quite excellent, from the measured size can be seen, the length of the diagonal on both sides is 75cm, the graph is very standard.
If the wiring is not the same length, the diagonal length error printed out is large, it indicates that the printing accuracy is not up to standard.
